Notices issued on Borewell
Dear Resident,
We are writing to inform you of a serious matter concerning the property you own within Wave City. It has come to our attention that you have either drilled or are in the process of drilling a borewell on your plot.
Please be advised that this action is strictly prohibited and in direct violation of the Uttar Pradesh Ground Water Management and Regulation Act, 2019. As per the terms of your maintenance agreement, explicit permission from the Groundwater Department, Uttar Pradesh, is mandatory before drilling any borewell on your plot.
Clause XXIII of your maintenance agreement clearly states that:
“The Owner(s) shall not set up any bore well, tube well or use any equipment for drawing out the ground water for their plot in Wave City for any reason whatsoever.”
If you have obtained the necessary permission from the relevant department, kindly provide a copy to our maintenance office immediately. Otherwise, we request you immediately cease all drilling activities on your plot.
Please note that any unauthorized drilling you carry out will be considered a serious offense. In the event of any action taken by the concerned department, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
We urge you to cooperate with us in this matter and comply with the regulations set forth by the government.
